If for for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please email us to request return/exchange within 45 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. You must request return authorization and await instructions before returning item. There is no restocking fee, but shipping charge is not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
We will ship the first exchange with no extra shipping charge for buyers in the 50 US States. International (and US territories outside the 50 states) buyers will need to pay actual shipping cost minus $12. Also buyer is responsible for any price difference between original item and exchange item. Additional exchanges will be charged actual shipping cost.
We will pay return shipping if the return is due to a defect or if we send the wrong item or size by mistake.
Item must be returned with original tags attached and packaging (usually a plastic bag), and in the same condition your received it. We reserve the right to reject returns that are damaged by customer.
Some of our brands come with a lifetime warranty in addition to our 45 day return policy, see below for details.

Apparel made by Milwaukee Leather (excluding boots) FMC, First Classics, are warranted for the life of the product for Zippers, Snaps, or loose stitching. This warranty does not cover broken items due to excessive wear and tear or due to an moving accident. Please contact us if you have any issues with hardware or stitching covered by the warranty, we will get an RMA# from the manufacturer and provide shipping address so you can return it for repair. If it is after our 45 day return period then buyer is responsible for return shipping and providing return shipping label. If you discover any defect within 45 days of receipt, contact us for instructions and we will pay return shipping and ship a replacement for free, or give full refund.

Hillside USA's products carry a LIFETIME GUARANTEE on the workmanship of every leather garment manufactured by Hillside USA. If a leather seam ever opens, a zipper breaks, a snap falls off or defective leather, we will repair or replace it for the life of the garment, under normal wear and use. Products that have become damaged due to pins, patches, misuse or neglect can be repaired but not replaced. Lining, Elastic and Velcro are guaranteed for three-years from the date of purchase. We will advise you of the cost of the repair or replacement and await your approval before proceeding. Hillside USA reserves the right to approve or deny a claim. Accessories section is not covered. Original invoice is needed in order to process your return. Damaged products should be returned directly to Hillside USA. You should send the product freight prepaid and insured, to the address below. Please include a note explaining the problem, along with $10.00 for return shipping and handling within the USA. International customers are responsible for the actual return shipping and insurance charges. Lifetime Guarantee is not transferable.
