Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy updated on 8/9/17.
Return Requests must be sent within 45 days of receipt, this gives you plenty of time to try on and inspect products, after that date return requests will be denied or charged a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. 
Free Shipping for first size exchange, buyer pays return shipping unless item arrives damaged, or wrong item is sent, or item description is incorrect, but we will ship the first size exchange at no extra charge to the lower 48 US states.  Please contact us for return request and instructions.  Size charts are provided in description for most products, and even if not, you can contact us for sizing advice.
Q: The item does not fit as expected, I no longer need it or want it, Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless item arrives damaged or wrong item is sent, return shipping is at your expense(Non-Refundable), using the carrier of your choice. DHL, UPS, or Fedex ground are usually recommended, though USPS Priority Mail is an affordable choice if you are within a few states of Oregon where we accept returns.  Please make sure you keep a tracking number for your records, and insure product for full retail cost for your protection.  We will ship the 1st size exchange at no extra charge for lower 48 states in US, unless you are in Alaska or Hawaii where we will charge the actual shipping cost minus $9.99, as those states cost more to ship to than the lower 48 states. 
If you decide to return an item you already exchanged once, then you will be responsible for return shipping cost, and actual shipping cost of shipping the exchange, unless there is a defect or we send wrong item.  
Item must be returned with original hang tags attached, and in the same condition your received it.   We reserve the right to reject returns that are damaged by customer, or in route by the carrier (remember to insure package).  Please don't remove hang tags if they are there, a small percentage of items don't have them, but the vast majority do.  Items will be considered used if there are any obvious signs of wear such as hang tags being removed, dirt or scratches, ect..  We suggest you try item on in your living room, keeping any hang tags attached, before deciding to keep it. Removing tags and taking item out for a ride, will render it "used" and not resellable, so it will either be rejected and shipped back to you or a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund if we do decide to accept it, at our discretion.

FIRST MANUFACTURING LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: 
Apparel made by Milwaukee Leather (excluding boots) FMCFirst Classics,  are warranted for the life of the product for Zippers, Snaps, or loose stitching. This warranty does not cover broken items due to excessive wear and tear or due to an moving accident.  Please contact us if you have any issues with hardware or stitching covered by the warranty, we will get an RMA# from the manufacturer and provide shipping address so you can return it for repair.  If it is after our 45 day return period then buyer is responsible for return shipping and providing return shipping label.  If you discover any defect within 45 days of receipt, contact us for instructions and we will pay return shipping and ship a replacement for free, or give full refund.

If a leather seam ever opens, a zipper breaks, a snap falls off or defective leather, we will repair or replace it for the life of the garment, under normal wear and use. Products that have become damaged due to pins, patches, misuse or neglect can be repaired but not replaced. Lining, Elastic and Velcro are guaranteed for three-years from the date of purchase. We will advise you of the cost of the repair or replacement and await your approval before proceeding. Hillside USA reserves the right to approve or deny a claim. Accessories section is not covered. Original invoice is needed in order to process your return. Damaged products should be returned directly to Hillside USA. You should send the product freight prepaid and insured, to the address below. Please include a note explaining the problem, along with $10.00 for return shipping and handling within the USA. International customers are responsible for the actual return shipping and insurance charges. Lifetime Guarantee is not transferable.
