Return Policy
Return Requests must be sent within 45 days of receipt, this gives you plenty of time to try on and inspect products.  
Buyer pays return shipping unless item arrives damaged, or wrong item is sent, but we will ship the first size exchange at no extra charge.  Please email us for return request and instructions.  Size charts are provided in description for most products, and even if not, you can email us for sizing advice.
Q: The item does not fit as expected, I no longer need it or want it, Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless item arrives damaged or wrong item is sent, return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice.  USPS ahipping is usually lowest price for states near Oregon where we accept returns, but if you are far from Oregon UPS Ground or Fedex Ground will likely be less expensive. Please make sure you keep a tracking number for your records, and insure product for full retail cost for your protection.  We will ship the 1st size exchange for free, after than if you exchange again we will charge you the actual shipping cost.
Item must be returned with original hang tags attached, and in the same condition your received it.   We reserve the right to reject returns that are damaged by customer, or in route by the carrier (remember to insure package).  Please don't remove tags if they are there, if they do fall off, just include them in package and we will reattach them.  A small percentage of items don't have them, but the vast majority do.  Items will be considered used, and returned item may be rejected if there are any obvious signs of wear such as dirt or scratches, the smell of body odors or perfumes, body sprays.

A few of the brands we sell come with a lifetime warranty in addition to our 45 day return policy, see below for details.

Per our terms and conditions, we are not responsible for pricing typos, and reserve the right to cancel orders to anyone with a prompt refund for a pricing error and/or out of stock items, sorry no rain checks for out of stock sale items.  

FIRST MANUFACTURING AND MILWAUKEE LEATHER LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: 
Apparel made by Milwaukee Leather (excluding boots) FMCFirst Classics,  are warranted for the life of the product for Zippers, Snaps, or loose stitching. This warranty does not cover broken items due to excessive wear and tear or due to an moving accident.  Please contact us if you have any issues with hardware or stitching covered by the warranty, we will get an RMA# from the manufacturer and provide shipping address so you can return it for repair.  If it is after our 45 day return period then buyer is responsible for return shipping and providing return shipping label.  If you discover any defect within 45 days of receipt, contact us for instructions and we will pay return shipping and ship a replacement for free, or give full refund.

Hillside USA's products carry a LIFETIME GUARANTEE on the workmanship of every leather garment manufactured by Hillside USA. If a leather seam ever opens, a zipper breaks, a snap falls off or defective leather, we will repair or replace it for the life of the garment, under normal wear and use. Products that have become damaged due to pins, patches, misuse or neglect can be repaired but not replaced. Lining, Elastic and Velcro are guaranteed for three-years from the date of purchase. We will advise you of the cost of the repair or replacement and await your approval before proceeding. Hillside USA reserves the right to approve or deny a claim. Accessories section is not covered. Original invoice is needed in order to process your return. Damaged products should be returned directly to Hillside USA. You should send the product freight prepaid and insured, to the address below. Please include a note explaining the problem, along with $10.00 for return shipping and handling within the USA. International customers are responsible for the actual return shipping and insurance charges. Lifetime Guarantee is not transferable.
