US customers can earn a 5% refund OR 10% store credit for submitting photos of you wearing products purchased from us! Limit of one rebate per item, per customer. So if you order more than one of the same style, you can only get a rebate for one of them.
Simple email 1-3 photos per product you purchased from us to [email protected] or you can also text photo(s) to 503-489-8560. Large photos may need to be sent 1 or 2 at a time in separate emails due to email size limits.
Details/Terms:
- Photos must be submitted within 45 days of the order date.
- Let us know your order# or the name on the order, and which product(s) are in the photos.
- Specify whether you prefer a 5% refund or 10% in store credit.
- If we choose to accept any of the photos, will either refund 5% of the item price you paid, or send you a gift certificate code for 10% of the item price you paid. You are welcome to give the gift certificate code to another person, but it can only be used once.
- Photos can show more than one product at a time.
- You will only receive credit or refund for each unique item shown in photos we accept. If you order more than one of the same item from us you can only only receive credit or refund for one of them.
- The model's name will not be shown, unless you specifically request it and give us a name to display under the photo.
- Photos are most likely to be accepted if there are not more than 3 customer photos for the product already.
*International customers can only receive store credit or a Paypal payment, as our international order software only allows full refunds, not partial.
Leather Dome, LLC reserves the right to use or reject any photo submitted. Leather Dome, LLC also reserves the right to edit any photo submitted.
By submitting your photo(s) you are certifying that you are at least 18 years of age or if submitting on behalf of someone other than yourself, you are certifying that you have the permission of the person whose photo is being submitted and that the person is at least 18 years of age. You are also certifying that photos submitted were not taken professionally and are not copyrighted and that you have their sole and exclusive ownership. You are also agreeing that the photos submitted may be published on the Internet and will be in the public domain thereafter and that Leather Dome, LLC may use any or all photos in anyway including but not limited to, the marketing or promotion of its products and websites.
